                          Shichimi Seasoning Making Experience



















                          Shichimi is a blend of spices and other seasoning ingredients, and is widely used in Japanese
                          home cooking. Most of the ingredients provided in this activity—chilli peppers, iwanori
                          and wakame seaweeds, Japanese pepper, ginger, fukugi spicebush and dried yuzu citrus—are
                          grown and harvested on Chiburijima Island. Visitors can make their own special blend,
                          bring it home with them and add a special Japanese twist to their home cooking!

                    Fishing and Dried Fish Making Experience Set



















                          Try your hand at  shing from a boat and making your own dried  sh. Drying  sh is an easy
                          and popular way of preserving  sh in Japan. Both activities are beginner friendly.  e sta
                          will instruct the visitors on  shing and the  sh-drying process, including cleaning and
                          seasoning the  sh.
                          * e sta  uses a translation device to communicate with the participants.
