SUP Experience at Shimazushima Island

    A relaxing experience on the emerald green sea.
    SUP（Standup paddleboarding）is a water sport, with roots in Hawaii, that involves standing up on a board and using a paddle to make your way through the water.

    The instructors will not only provide instructions on how to ride a SUP board, but will also be there to lead you through the experience; so no worries even if it is your first SUP experience!

    Morning Session
    08:30 Meet at the Tourism Association in Kurii Port and fill in the application form. We recommend you change into clothing for marine activities beforehand. Please let us know if you would like to get changed at the port. You can leave your luggage in the Tourism Association for 200 yen per person.
    08:45 Head to the SUP site. The instructor will pick you up.
    09:00 Arrive at the SUP site, followed by a short lesson on paddling and safety precautions.
    09:15 Paddle away and enjoy the scenery around Shimazushima Island and the transparent sea.
    10:30 Head back on the shore and take a short break to get changed.
    10:45 Transfer back to the port (Tourism Association).
    11:00 End of the tour.

    Afternoon Session
