Takuhi Shrine Hiking Trip By Bus

Mt. Takuhi in Nishinoshima Town is the tallest mountain in Dōzen Islands area. Takuhi Shrine, one of the must-visits on the Oki Islands, sits on this mountain.
Although the town bus does not go to Takuhi Shrine directly, it is still possible to take the bus to the closest bus stop and walk there. This one-day hiking trip is perfect for those looking for a bit of a challenge; the distance covered is significantly longer than going up and down the Kuniga Coast Hiking Trail.

Road surface: asphalt road, dirt road
*A pair of sturdy sports shoes would be great for the occasion.
